How do I log in the first time?
Your test coordinator sends you a personal link.
- Open the link.
- Type a new password. Use at least 10 characters.
- Type the same password again.
- Press Save password and log in.
Now you are in the app.
The link works only once. It works for 48 hours.
What password can I choose?
Use at least 10 characters.
Do not use your email address as the password.
You type the password two times. Both must be the same.
Then press Save password and log in.
How do I log in next time?
- Open the app.
- Type your email in Email.
- Type your password in Password.
- Press Log in.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Ask your test coordinator for a new link.
Open the new link.
Choose a new password.
I am locked out. What do I do?
You typed a wrong password 5 times in a row.
The app locks you out for 10 minutes.
Wait 10 minutes. Then try again.
Or ask your test coordinator for a new link. Open it and choose a new password. Then you can log in at once.
My link says "This link does not work any more". Why?
A link works only once.
It also stops after 48 hours.
It also stops when your test coordinator makes a newer link for you.
Ask your test coordinator for a new link.
The app sent me back to the login page. Why?
The app logs you out after 8 hours without a click.
Log in again.
Your saved results are safe.
